Jay received his B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a minor in Social & Economic Justice.  He received his J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and his MBA from the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University.
