The Chamber Foundation tracks Virginia’s economic competitiveness, conducts research and analysis, and hosts programs – connected to the priorities of Blueprint Virginia 2025.
Executive Committees guide the work of the Virginia Chamber Foundation and are charged with directing long-term research, programming, public policy development, and thought leadership. Executive Committees include:

Keith Martin serves as Executive Director of the Virginia Chamber Foundation and brings to the role more than 17 years of experience in public policy and law at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and in various positions within Virginia state government.
Cyndi Miracle serves as Senior Vice President of Programs for the Virginia Chamber Foundation and brings to the role 30 years of experience at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She leads the foundation’s programs including HIRE VETS NOW and Innovation Challenge.
Erik Rison assists the Virginia Chamber Foundation in a support capacity, lending legislative and policy experience to the research, initiatives, and programs of the foundation.
