TSI Named One of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Washington Area

 March 25, 2013 –The Washington Business Journal announced that TSI has been ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Washington Area for 2013. The annual list identifies the top workplaces in the Metro DC area.

The Washington Business Journal selects the Best Places to Work based on a range of criteria including team effec-tiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, man-ager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. The results are based on an employee survey administered by a third party company. The Washington Business Journal states, “The award is designed to honor the area’s leading employers. We are looking for companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees.”
