Franczek Named Chair of Government Construction Division by the American Bar Association

NORFOLK, VA.   Vandeventer Black is pleased to announce that William E. Franczek, P.E., a partner in the Construction and Public Contracts Department, was recently selected by the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry to chair its newly formed division on Government Construction. 

The Forum provides a national venue for educational programs and publications focused on the construction industry.  It is the largest organization of Construction Lawyers in the United States serving 6,000 members and associates.  The Government Construction Division is one of 13 Divisions and was formed to provide a forum for the study and discussion of legal issues inherent in federal, state and local construction contracting.
