TMDG, LLC will be a subsidiary of PBMares, LLP lead by Matthew B. Dubnansky, CPA, CGMA as Managing Director of TMDG. PBMares will be the parent company operated under the direction of Alan S. Witt, CPA as CEO of PBMares.
