RICHMOND, VA (8/11/15) — PBMares, LLP, a leading accounting and business consulting firm, has announced that Janna Haley has been hired as Senior Recruiter.
In her new role, Haley will post and source for all internal positions, conduct pre-hire interviews and screening, and will be the lead on Campus Recruitment Strategies. Haley is also heading up the firm’s summer internship program, including the social activity and engagement initiatives for the program.
“Given the firm’s significant growth and expansion over the past two years, both within specific industry niches as well as geographic markets, it made sense to bring an in-house recruiter on board who can focus exclusively on ensuring we are deeply engaging with new graduates, as well as experienced accountants and auditors,” said Mary Aldrich, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, AAAPM, Chief Operating Officer and Partner at PBMares, LLP.
Prior to joining PBMares, Haley worked at Profiles where she recruited creative talent, as well as Dietitians on Demand where she placed registered dietitians in clinical roles.
Haley is a 2006 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts She currently resides in Richmond, VA.
