Norfolk, VA. (October 13, 2015) – Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer L. Eaton to the firm’s Business Department. She will be based in Norfolk, VA where the law offices are headquartered. Eaton’s practice is primarily focused on general corporate and transactional matters. She represents clients with needs including general business consultation, contract negotiation, and the preparation and review of corporate documents.

Prior to joining Vandeventer Black LLP, Eaton completed a one-year clerkship with the Norfolk Circuit Court. Eaton received her J.D. (cum laude) from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Women and the Law and as a Teaching Assistant for the Trial Advocacy Program. She is an active member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association, serving on both the Bench Bar and the Continuing Legal Education Committees.
