Norfolk, VA. (February 25, 2016) – Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce that the firm raised $16,870 for the United Way of South Hampton Roads (UWSHR) during the 2015 Annual Giving Campaign.

“It is because of the great support of companies like Vandeventer Black that all of this work is possible,” said Dave Yargeau, Relationship Manager with the United Way of South Hampton Roads, in regards to the corporate campaign’s total donations resulting in more than $11 million dollars. “Vandeventer Black was awarded one of our Silver Trailblazer campaign awards in 2014, and will likely receive another one for their great campaign in 2015,” Yargeau continued.

The United Way is close to its $14 million goal with the corporate campaign, and is still waiting on results from many companies headquartered in the region. Since 2011 Vandeventer Black has raised more than $83,000 in donations as part of the local campaign.
