Pierce, was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia to serve on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) board. Pierce is an associate at the firm, and his practice includes matters involving labor and employment law, workers’ compensation insurance defense, maritime law, and general litigation.
