Environmental consulting firm Marstel-Day has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) multi-year contract vehicle available for use by all federal agencies, referred to as OASIS (“One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services”). According to Marstel-Day President and CEO Rebecca R. Rubin: “This is a timely win, as we recently developed our COVID response capabilities available here https://www.marstel-day.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Covid-19-Response-OASIS.pdf. This easy-to-use OASIS vehicle utilizes streamlined acquisition procedures and will allow us to better assist government agencies nationwide.” Agencies can use the OASIS schedule to secure individual task orders or to place multi-year contracts including Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts (IDIQs) and Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC). Agencies are also allowed to use the Federal Acquisition regulation set aside and sole source authorities when justified, as well as deploy the new simplified acquisition threshold.
