Below you will find a survey to solicit public feedback on paid family and medical leave.

This survey will close at noon on Friday, September 18.

Under the Appropriations Act, the Governor’s Secretary of Commerce and Trade Brian Ball and the Chief Workforce Development Advisor for the Commonwealth have been tasked with conducting a study on paid family and medical leave. The below survey has been issued to solicit public feedback.

Financially supported through additional payroll taxes, this program would create a fund to pay for the leave benefits available for employees. It is vital for members of the business community to participate in this survey, as the legislation proposed during the 2020 General Assembly Session would have mandated financial and operational requirements that may not be sustainable for many businesses throughout the Commonwealth.
