In addition to trusts and estates, Elligers is seasoned in drafting, revising, reviewing, and filing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO) and related retirement plan division orders, including those for TSP, 401(k), 403(b) accounts, traditional pensions, and military pension benefits. Her extensive experience with QDRO’s has provided her with a unique understanding of the complex federal, ERISA, IRC, and state laws governing the QDRO drafting and approval.
