FH+H is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted Marlena Ewald, an attorney with extensive experience in corporate and government transactions, to Partner.

During her past seven years at FH+H, Ms. Ewald has negotiated and closed over half a billion dollars in corporate transactions, supported comprehensive internal investigations, and advised clients on all aspects of government contracting.

In 2020, Ms. Ewald was commended by the Secretary of the Army for her work supporting an independent panel examining the command climate and culture at the Fort hood Army installation. She helped to draft the final report, which included findings and recommendations that were presented before the House Armed Services Subcommittee.

Ms. Ewald is committed to helping clients navigate ever-changing rules and regulations across industries to enable corporate success. In addition to her practice, she publishes guidance available to the public regarding compliance on FH+H’s blog.
