Mr. McConnell will lead the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital group.

FH+H is pleased to welcome Bradley McConnell, an attorney with extensive experience in navigating the often-complex world of corporate contracts, to our team as a Partner. Mr. McConnell leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital practice group.

Mr. McConnell’s more than 25 years of corporate practice – since his early days in the 1990s tech boom – has ranged across many industries, but he has particular expertise working with technology-focused companies and those who invest in them, including companies that straddle the commercial and government contracting sectors.

Mr. McConnell’s experience working with emerging technology startups, venture financing, M&A deals, and initial public offerings has provided him with insights on how to advise growing companies to not only navigate the transaction at hand, but lay a strong framework for the next possible stage of growth.
