Fredericksburg, Va.—Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) has promoted Jeff Henry to Director of Member Services and Community Relations serving the Western Region out of REC’s Culpeper office.
In this role, he manages member services and field operations. He also serves as the liaison between REC and the Board of Supervisors in the counties of Culpeper, Madison, Greene, Rappahannock, Orange and Albemarle.
“Mr. Henry’s experience in member services at REC will be critical as he leads his team,” said Kris Sieber, Managing Director—Member Services. He has held previous positions at REC working with customer information systems, metering and billing.
Henry earned a bachelor’s degree in instructional design from Old Dominion University, and he’s currently working on his MBA at George Mason University. An avid cyclist and runner, Henry frequently volunteers for local races as a course marshal. He has two children, Elliot and Camille, and resides in Fredericksburg.
REC provides electric service to over 172,000 connections in parts of 22 Virginia counties.
