Leaders will Provide Insights on the 2024 Virginia General Assembly Session Followed by Questions-and-Answers
[Danville, VA] – The Danville Pittsylvania Chamber of Commerce invites the public to hear from the region’s legislators on the 2024 session of the Virginia General Assembly on Thursday, May 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The program will feature Senator Tammy Mulchi, Delegate Danny Marshall, and Delegate Eric Phillips. Matt Hall, the Community Liaison Officer with the Office of the Attorney General will also make special remarks. The event will be held at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research located at 150 Slayton Avenue in Danville.
According to Linda Hutson Green, chair of the Chamber’s legislative committee, “Our legislators are eager to engage with and advocate for the business community. The Chamber plays a pivotal role in safeguarding business interests by fostering meaningful connections between our members and policymakers.”
