RICHMOND, VA–February 4, 2026–The Virginia Chamber of Commerce today announced the election of Jen Siciliano, chief external affairs officer of UVA Health, as chair of the Virginia Chamber’s Board of Directors for 2026. Siciliano was elected during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting and brings over 30 years of leadership and public policy experience to the role.
Siciliano first joined the Board in 2012 while representing Inova Health Systems in Falls Church, Virginia and later transitioned to an at-large board position. She was nominated to the Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2021, serving as an at-large officer representing UVA Health in Charlottesville, and was elected First Vice Chair in 2025.
In her current role at UVA Health, Siciliano is responsible for relationships and partnerships with elected officials and stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels in support of the health system’s mission to advance public health, research, and education. She previously served as the chief external affairs officer at Inova Health System and earlier in her career held roles serving members of the U.S. Congress in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
“The Virginia Chamber is fortunate to have Jen’s leadership as we enter 2026,” said Keith Martin, interim president and CEO of the Virginia Chamber. “Jen has been a trusted and highly engaged member of our Board and Executive Committee for many years, and her deep expertise in public policy and healthcare will be invaluable as we work to strengthen Virginia’s business climate.”
“It is an honor to serve as chair of the Virginia Chamber Board of Directors,” said Siciliano. “I look forward to working closely with the Chamber team, our members, the Spanberger administration, the General Assembly, and leaders across the Commonwealth to advance Blueprint Virginia 2035 priorities and ensure Virginia remains a top state to live, work, and do business.”
