Richmond, VA. (December 3, 2015) – Vandeventer Black LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Spencer Guld to the firm’s Richmond office. Guld concentrates his practice in professional liability, commercial litigation, and employment matters.  He provides representation to both businesses and professionals, including accountants, engineers, architects, contractors, and financial service providers in a variety of disputes. His practice includes mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal court.

Guld received his J.D. (cum laude) from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, and his B.S. in Business Management from the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
