DHG Financial Services Welcomes Regulatory Compliance Leaders Michelle Nuckols and Ann Barrar
Richmond, Va. – DHG is pleased to announce Michelle Nuckols, Senior Manager, and Ann Barrar, Senior Consultant, joined the DHG Financial Services practice. Based in Richmond, Va., Nuckols and Barrar bring significant credentials in regulatory compliance to assist financial services companies with evolving regulatory requirements.

Nuckols has 26 years of experience providing compliance consulting services and compliance audits to financial institutions, as an employee of a financial institution and as a consultant. A Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Nuckols was most recently the President and Owner of Pierce Compliance Consultants, Inc., where she provided regulatory compliance consulting services, bank secrecy act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) services and compliance audits to financial institutions throughout Virginia.
Barrar has more than 27 years of regulatory, loan production, mortgage lending and retail experience. She has worked with Nuckols for 12 years focusing on compliance. Barrar performs regulatory compliance audits to ascertain compliance levels with consumer protection laws and regulations.
