LYNCHBURG – The Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives today announced its 2017 officers and new directors at their Annual Meeting.

The 2017 Board officers include the following: President, Frank Tamberrino, President & CEO, Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber; Vice President – Programs, Susan Spears, President, Fredericksburg Regional Chamber; Vice President – At Large, Mark Ingrao, President & CEO, Greater Reston Chamber; Vice President – Finance, Teresa Hammond, Executive Director, Alleghany Highlands Chamber; Vice President – Membership, Karen Riordan, President, Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance and moving to the Immediate Past President position, Christine Kennedy, COO and Executive Vice President of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance.

The following new Board members will join the VACCE Board of Directors:

Gloria Williams, Executive Director of the Gloucester County Chamber representing the 1st Congressional District
Annette Medlin, IOM, President, Greater Augusta Regional Chamber representing the 6th Congressional District
Gina Hilliard, President, Luray-Page County Chamber representing the 7th Congressional District
Sharon Scott, Executive Director, Montgomery County Chamber representing the 9th Congressional District
Richard Kennedy, CEO, Top of Virginia Regional Chamber representing an At Large position
Josh Cline, President & CEO, Greater Bluefield Chamber representing an At Large position
Joy Stump, Executive Director, Farmville Area Chamber representing an At Large position
Angie Cabell, Executive Director, Powhatan Chamber representing an At Large position

The Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE), administered by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, is an alliance of chamber executives representing large and small chambers of commerce from localities throughout the state. VACCE strives to develop the professional skills of chamber executives, staff and volunteer leaders. The Association also provides a forum for integrating the work of the local chambers of commerce to contribute to the growth and development not only of local communities but also to our Commonwealth.
