Norfolk, VA (July 28, 2020) – Vandeventer Black attorney William E. (“Bill”) Franczek has been selected for inclusion to the CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Franczek will also be serving as an arbitrator and mediator for the Pro Bono Panel and Virginia at Large ADR Panel.
