Ethan is a 2022 graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned his Master of Public Policy at the Frank Batten School. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College summa cum laude in 2020 with a B.A. in English and Foreign Affairs and a minor in music.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Ethan managed the student events staff at the Frank Batten School, and before that worked for Kroger as a cashier, bagger, and meat clerk. He also interned with his local Congressman in the summer of 2021. He is an avid skier and enjoys reading in his free time.
