The Virginia General Assembly has officially passed the halfway point known as “Crossover.” Below, you’ll find a recap of where legislation of interest to the Virginia business community stands as of crossover. Also last week, the House and Senate voted on their respective amendments to the state’s two year budget. Budget conferees will soon be appointed and the two bodies will begin the process of meting to work out differences between the two plans.
