The Federal Water Quality Protection Act addresses our long-standing concerns with a proposed rule offered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) last year to redefine the “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) definition under the Clean Water Act (CWA).
