James C. Cosby has been named Managing Partner for the firm’s Richmond office.  Mr. Cosby has represented clients in commercial and financial services, construction and development, and employment matters since completing a judicial clerkship to the Hon. Charles S. Russell, of the Supreme Court of Virginia.  He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, and the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.

Mark S. Brennan, Sr. has been named Assistant Managing Partner for the office.   Mr. Brennan has represented clients in health care and professional liability matters since completing a judicial clerkship to the Hon. David Lowe, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.
