In his role at the Chamber, Keith is responsible for directing the public policy team and leading the organization’s government relations activities. He coordinates the work of the Chamber’s policy committees and coalitions on business climate, economic development, education and workforce development, energy, health care, legal reform, natural resources, and transportation. Keith also oversees the research and studies conducted by the Virginia Chamber Foundation.
Keith has more than 17 years of experience in public policy, law and advocacy. Prior to joining the Chamber, Keith oversaw state and federal public policy development and advocacy in various positions within Virginia state government. At 21 years of age, Keith was the youngest magistrate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Keith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a master of public administration from Virginia Tech. He received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
