Parking:

• Parking in the GRCC Parking Deck is $8.00 per vehicle.
• This deck is directly connected to the GRCC via the 3rd level.

NOTE: There is one entrance to the parking deck, and it can get congested as guests all begin to arrive close to the start of the event. Please allow plenty of time to enter the garage, park, and arrive at registration.

Registration & Check-in: The registration desk for the event will be located on the 2^nd level, in the foyer outside of the Grand Ballrooms. This is where you will pick up your name badge here as this will serve as your “ticket” for the day. Your seating assignment for lunch will be on your name badge.

Seating: The morning program will be open seating unless you are a speaker or panelist. Please check your name badge at check-in for assigned luncheon seating.
