Pure Barre Stafford is owned and operated by Kim Salzano, a local fitness instructor who is ready to share her passion for Pure Barre with the community. Originally being a trained Pilates teacher, Kim discovered her instant love for Pure Barre while visiting one of its South Carolina studios. After her experience at Pure Barre, Kim knew she had to open her own studio to share with the people in her community.
“I am opening a Pure Barre studio to provide a workout unlike any other to the community that I live in. Pure Barre offers strength training, cardio, improved flexibility and coordination all in one workout,” said Kim. “I have seen firsthand how people change and see real results. Overall, our boutique fitness studio will be the community’s new favorite place to get an incredible workout, meet friends, and shop for quality athleisure brands.”
Pure Barre has exploded in popularity with over 550,000 dedicated followers across North America due to its effective technique, friendly, high-energy atmosphere; and fun, motivating music. The local studio offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity isometric movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility, and flexibility for every body in 45-50 minutes. Each class is taught by highly trained teachers and features musically driven choreography for a continuously fresh full-body workout.
“Our newest business addition to Embrey Mill Town Center, Stafford County is proud to have Pure Barre, a pioneering small business that brings health and wellness to the community and a supportive entrepreneurial spirit,” said Garrisonville District Supervisor, Mark Dudenhefer. “Welcome to Stafford, and congratulations Kim Salzano for your new business venture.”
