Virginia Beach, Va.—The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, announced today they have closed on a 15.64 acre multifamily tract in the Chesterfield County area of Richmond, Va. The land parcel, located at the intersection of Route 288 and Genito Road, is expected to begin development Spring 2023 and be completed Spring 2024. Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P., the unnamed apartment community will feature a pool area, clubhouse complete with fitness center, a playground and bark park. The proposed development project will also include a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes, set among 4 buildings. Homes will range from approximately 704-1390 square feet. Residents will also have to option to choose from detached and attached garages.

Breeden Construction will serve as general contractor on the project. The Breeden Company’s Property Management division will manage the asset once construction is complete.
