Richmond, Va.—Breeden Construction, the nationally recognized Richmond-based general contracting firm, has promoted Dustin Mullins to marketing and public relations director. Mullins will be responsible for conceiving and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth. In addition, he will help overall brand development and messaging in the marketplace. Breeden Construction is looking to expand its marketing efforts and provide a stronger presence across the United States.

Prior to serving in this new role, Mullins worked as an assistant manager and social media and event coordinator for The Breeden Company. In addition, he has served as an admissions counselor for Mid-Atlantic Chrisitan University and youth director for Blackwell Baptist Church in North Carolina.

In his new position, Mullins says he looks forward to “bringing the Breeden Construction brand to the forefront of the general contracting industry and showing the world the power of personal development and how Breeden’s standard of excellence can propel people into building a better future for us all.”
