Virginia Beach, Va.—The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced it has hired Frank McMurrough as a multifamily regional maintenance director. Frank brings over 20 years of maintenance experience to the organization. As a regional maintenance director for the multifamily division, Frank will oversee a total of 1130 units in the Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia, markets.
“With our organization growing and adding more units and locations to our portfolio, we decided to bring another regional maintenance director to our leadership team. This was a logical choice,” said Tom Moore, The Breeden Company’s vice president of asset management, property management division.
Frank is well-versed in the intricacies of organizing and implementing large-scale capital projects, leading a large team and growing relationships with partners and vendors. Frank is also a Virginia licensed master plumber.
