Donna Hale joined the Virginia Chamber of Commerce in September of 2015.  As the Operations and Human Resources Manager, Donna is responsible for directing the day-to-day internal operations of the Chamber, including managing information technology. She is also responsible for human resources management and administration for the Chamber staff.

Donna has more than 40 years of experience in various types of roles such as executive assistant, customer service, sales, and marketing.
