Elise received her B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University, where she graduated cum laude in May 2023. Prior to joining the Chamber, Elise was a 2023 Governor’s Fellow in the Office of Natural and Historic Resources, where she worked alongside Secretary Travis Voyles.
Elise also interned for David Bailey Associates in Richmond, and for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s campaign. She loves to be outdoors, and spend time with family and friends in her free time.
