Kelly joined the Virginia Chamber in August of 2023. She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Programs and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and managing the Chamber’s marketing, public relations, and strategic communications efforts. Kelly works closely with internal teams and external constituencies to promote the Chamber, its members, and the Commonwealth’s business community. She has diverse experience serving in both the public and private sectors and is passionate about fostering long-term economic growth in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

A lifelong Virginian, Kelly is a native of Richmond and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from James Madison University.
