[BRISTOW, Virginia] – April 2017 – Morgan Property Group (“MPG”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of 4.51+/- acres of land at the NWC of Sudley Manor Drive and Vint Hill Road in Bristow, VA for the development of a new shopping plaza. The plaza will be anchored by a 7-Eleven gas and convenience store.
On April 6, 2017, MPG, through its affiliate SDC XIII Sudley, LLC, acquired this land from Brookfield Braemar, LLC. While under contract, MPG successfully obtained a rezoning and special use permit from Prince William County to allow for the development of the project. Construction is expected to commence early Summer 2017 with an anticipated opening for 7-Eleven in late 2017.
There are an additional 2.88 acres of commercial land, adjacent to 7-Eleven, available for sale, lease, or build to suit. For information regarding this vacant land, please call Sean Harcourt of H&R Retail at (240) 482-3606.
“From the very beginning four years ago, we believed in this location and its appeal to neighborhood services,” said Trey Morgan, President of MPG. “We wish 7-Eleven much success in this growing area of Bristow, and look forward to bringing other retailers to this plaza shortly.“
