The Serco Training and Experience Program, also known as STEP, is designed to provide early career talent tailored tools and resources to be successful and grow in a professional environment. STEP Summer Internship places significant emphasis on fostering the future workforce through diverse learning and development opportunities with a focus on skill progression.
