Governor Appoints New UMW Board of Visitors Member, Renews Two Terms

The Virginia Governor’s Office announced in June the appointment of a new member of the University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors and renewed the terms of two current members.

A Mary Washington alumnus, Gregory Chambers ’84, executive director of CRA Research LLC, in Fredericksburg, will join the board. In addition, the Governor’s Office renewed the terms of UMW alumnae Rachel Greszler ’03, a senior research fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Thomas A. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies, and Terrie Suit, MBA ’16, retired CEO of Virginia Realtors.

In his lead role with CRA Research, Chambers supports local businesses and organizations with systems engineering and project management. He has more than 40 years of leadership and management in the defense and aerospace industry, in both the federal government and private sector, with expertise in prototype design, development, training and systems deployment to military forces. Read more.
