Joe was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Lynchburg, VA upon graduating from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Since graduating, he has worked for a nonprofit organization in New York called City Relief, Inc. where he started as a part-time intern and most recently served as the Finance Coordinator. Joe moved to Richmond after getting married in 2023 and joined the Virginia Chamber in May 2024. He is a big New York Yankees fan and loves to play golf.
