Lisha joined the Virginia Chamber in January of 2022 as Program & Event Manager for the Chamber Foundation. Her role is to help grow initiatives and programs in support of Virginia’s workforce pipeline and military community. She spent years working in the corporate sector as a learning and development professional. About a decade ago she transitioned into working in the association and nonprofit world. She has expertise in event and project management, and believes that investing in workforce development supports employees and employers, and strengthens our economy. Lisha is a native Richmonder, graduate of the University of Mary Washington and teaches yoga locally.
