The Virginia Chamber Foundation tracks Virginia’s economic competitiveness, conducts research and analysis, and hosts programs – connected to the priorities of Blueprint Virginia 2030.
Executive Committees guide the work of the Virginia Chamber Foundation and are charged with directing long-term research, programming, public policy development, and thought leadership. Executive Committees include:

Those who invest in the Foundation play a major role in implementing the goals outlined in Blueprint Virginia 2030 and strengthening Virginia’s business climate. Donations to the Virginia Chamber Foundation are fully tax deductible.
Keith Martin serves as Executive Director of the Virginia Chamber Foundation and brings to the role more than 17 years of experience in public policy and law at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and in various positions within Virginia state government.
Cyndi Miracle serves as Senior Vice President of Programs for the Virginia Chamber Foundation and brings to the role 30 years of experience at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She leads the foundation’s programs including HIRE VETS NOW and Innovation Challenge.
